
The Salvation Army Carson City Corps Community Center will be welcoming new officers to help serve the communities of Carson City and Douglas County. Lieutenants Mark and Leslie Cyr will be installed on Sunday, July 3rd at 11:00 AM. A small luncheon will follow the service. Lieutenants Cyr bring their four children Olivia, David, Joe, and Micah as well as a passion to serve the needs of the local community.
The Salvation Army Carson City Corps Community Center, located at 661 Colorado Street, offers the communities of Carson City and Douglas counties emergency food assistance, gas utilities assistance, educational programs, holiday food and toys, scouting programs, day camp, summer camp, Vacation Bible School, church and many other programs.
